Location

The Project has 3,200 hectares located in the “Cordillera Frontal” of San Juan province, right in the area of the “Agua Negra” Border Pass, over the river of the same name, and at an altitude of 4,200 and 4,800 meters above sea level.

The Project has an Approved Prospecting Environmental Impact Report. Very good logistics; with accommodation in populated areas and arrival by route.

  • The Agua Negra exploration property is made up of3,256 hectares and is owned by Mr. Claudio Guillermo Lucero.
  • In the exploration campaign carried out in November/December 2022, ageological reconnaissance, geological-structural mapping, and alterationsof the Agua Negra project (Argentina) were carried out , at a scale of 1/10,000.
  • Maps prepared in the field and digitized in ArcGis softwareare attached to the report.
  • 126 rock samples were also collected and analyzed in the ALS Chemex laboratory.
  • The base for the overnight stay was the town of “Las Flores”, Iglesia Department, located just one hour away by truck (mainly paved road) from the project.
  • The area covered with the mapping was approx.8Km x 2.5Km.
